New moments

WP, Writing101, 5th Day Prompt, Hook ’em with a quote.

I learnt something new from 5th prompt: the word epigraph and its meaning. One of definition is: “A motto or quotation, as at the beginning of a literary composition, setting forth a theme.” (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/epigraph).

I love to learn new things and I really like quotes. Sometimes I use quotes in speech or in the text, but I especially like the wise sayings of ordinary people from my surroundings. Today I will not write about them but I’ll tell you some interresting quotes about life that I like to read and use.

“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.” Confucius (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/c/confucius104563.html?src=t_life )

“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.” Marcus Aurelius (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/m/marcusaure386395.html?src=t_life )

“The good life is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge.” Bertrand Russell (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/b/bertrandru383143.html?src=t_life )

“I have found that if you love life, life will love you back.”Arthur Rubinstein (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/a/arthurrubi104208.html?src=t_life )

And last (for this assignment) but not least:

“The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.” Joseph Campbell (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/j/josephcamp378372.html?src=t_life )

Enjoy guys 🙂 . Wish you good weekend !
